Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Financial Analyst to join the finance team and partner with sales and business leaders to support profitable growth. You will deliver financial insights, analyze pricing and margin performance, and support forecasting and budgeting with robust models to project revenue and key operating metrics.

The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and able to translate data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, or related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel with PivotTables and XLOOKUP.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Operations teams.
• Experience in pricing/margin analysis or revenue forecasting.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop reporting and analytics for growth and profitability.
• Analyze customer, product, pricing, and margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses against budget and forecast with insights into key drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models projecting revenue, profitability, and operating metrics.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop detailed operating budgets and support ongoing financial planning.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and pricing decisions.
• Assist with presentations and reporting for finance and leadership.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting capabilities and decision support.
