Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in partnership with business and department leaders.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Evaluate revenue and expense trends to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Present financial results, variance analyses, and management insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure data accuracy and support month-end close activities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Enhance forecasting tools, processes, and planning systems for better reporting.
• Maintain financial data infrastructure and management reporting processes.
