Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience with FP&A systems and data warehouses.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans with cross-functional teams.
• Provide variance analyses and insights to guide business decisions.
• Build financial models to support KPI analysis and investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario planning and evaluate resource allocation and buy-up opportunities.
• Maintain FP&A systems and dashboards, ensuring data integrity.
