Job summary

Diality, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for a medical device-focused company. You will develop forecasts, analyze performance, and provide timely financial insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Manager, FP&A and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
• 2-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling preferred.
• Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, or business intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of annual budgets, periodic reforecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Collaborate with department leaders to collect, analyze, and validate forecast assumptions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance analysis.
• Investigate variances with business partners and Accounting to understand drivers.
• Maintain schedules for department, project, headcount, Opex, and capex forecasts.
• Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis for initiatives and investments.
• Maintain and update the long-range financial model under FP&A direction.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities requiring management attention.
• Support monthly close, expense analysis, accrual estimates, and unusual activity identification.
• Support automation, process improvements, financial systems, and executive reporting.
