This role also leads the development and improvement of routine financial reporting to management and executives, ensuring data-driven decisions and scalable processes across the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-range forecasting components including balance sheets, statements of operations, cash flow, and debt covenants.
• Build, refine and present financial reports and planning tools to evaluate Institute-wide and unit performance for finance and executives.
• Meet with key stakeholders to gather data, understand model inputs, and present findings for business plans and pro forma analyses.
• Present trend analyses and project summaries to Finance and executive leadership; identify process improvements.
