Harvard University invites applications for Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the Harvard College Library. This leadership role drives financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning across operating, endowment, and restricted funds.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will guide the FP&A team, collaborate with campus partners, and strengthen financial stewardship while enabling informed strategic decision-making that advances the Library’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A staff through guidance, priorities, workloads and performance reviews.
• Develop and oversee annual operating budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans for the Library.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and partner with library leadership and stakeholders.
