Job summary

Great River Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to build the FP&A capability across its geotechnical engineering platform, creating scalable reporting, forecasting, and processes within a multi-entity holding company.

The role owns data aggregation, financial models, and executive reporting, partnering with entity controllers and leadership to drive informed decisions and growth. This position is based in the U.S. and requires proximity to business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience in operating companies.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close process experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with ERP experience.
• Experience across multiple entities or holding structures.
• Self-sufficient with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data across entities into a holding-level view.
• Develop consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs.
• Standardize COA, reporting cadence and data definitions.
• Build FP&A infrastructure and financial models.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
• Partner with Controllers to provide executive dashboards and insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
