Job summary

Great River Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to build the platform's FP&A capabilities across its geotechnical engineering operating entities within a holding company structure. This is a true 0-to-1 role: you will create reporting, forecasting infrastructure, and scalable processes from the ground up.

Key duties include multi-entity data aggregation, consolidation of P&L, balance sheet and KPIs, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience within a company
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and close processes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with modern ERP/reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity data aggregation and reporting to a holding-company level
• Develop and maintain consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs
• Standardize chart of accounts, reporting cadence, and data definitions
• Build initial FP&A reporting infrastructure rather than maintain an existing process
• Ensure data integrity and perform variance analyses to inform leadership
• Drive accounting efficiency via automation, system integration, and process standardization
• Prepare and present key metrics to executives on a weekly/monthly basis
• Partner with entity leaders and Corporate Controller across the platform
