Job summary

RTS is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to build and own the finance planning function. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across RTS and Evo ventures, partnering with senior leaders to translate operating assumptions into financial forecasts.

This hands-on role requires strong financial modeling, ownership mindset, and the ability to present complex data clearly to the CFO and Board. A remote-first culture supports collaboration across time zones and teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of FP&A or related experience with ownership of budgets and forecasts.
• Strong modeling skills and mastery of P&L and cash flow analyses.
• Ability to partner with non-finance leaders and translate inputs into forecasts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and remote-working capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop revenue, COGS, headcount, Opex, and Capex assumptions with business leaders.
• Maintain a consolidated financial model across units and entities.
• Create scenario analyses and translate assumptions into outcomes.
• Build monthly management reporting and support Board/management decks.
• Improve FP&A processes, standards, and controls as the organization scales.
• Collaborate with Accounting to reflect actuals accurately in forecasts.
• Provide ad hoc financial modeling for new initiatives and partnerships.
