Job summary

EY is hiring a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate in the United States for FP&A with Anaplan expertise. You will design and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the US firm.

You will partner with stakeholders to build scalable models, dashboards, and integrations, drive automation, ensure data integrity, and train users while advancing governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation
• 5-7+ years in a finance/business capacity with forecasting and budgeting experience
• End-to-end planning/EPM experience or major planning model redesign
• Experience liaison between business and development teams

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions
• Design, develop, deploy scalable planning solutions
• Build complex models for finance, analytics, reporting
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for insights
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally
• Support data integrations and data integrity
• Provide user training and change management
