Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate in the United States to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, delivering scalable models and dashboards for decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in a finance/business capacity with at least 3 years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods (system implementations, rollovers, reorganizations).
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning and forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs and ensure data integrity.
• Build and enhance complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for models and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally and streamline manual processes.
• Document model governance and support user training and adoption.
