Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to lead data-driven finance insights across the organization in the United States. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and engineering teams to develop scalable analytics solutions and AI-enabled capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.

This is a leadership role shaping enterprise planning, performance management and decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL, SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, integration, modeling, testing, monitoring and production support.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Design and deliver analytics solutions providing actionable insights and measurable business value.
Lead discussions to evaluate requirements, define priorities and align with business objectives.
Oversee data pipelines for extraction, transformation and integration from multiple sources.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to build scalable data architectures.
Present recommendations, roadmaps and strategic insights to leadership.
