Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Financial Analyst to support performance reporting, financial analysis, and business decision support in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with finance, commercial, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights and identify key drivers of results.

The role emphasizes advanced FP&A experience, communication to both finance and non-finance audiences, and the development of robust analyses and reporting to guide strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work with senior leadership.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, Hyperion, or Power BI preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting packages for leaders.
• Analyze P&L, investigate variances against budget and forecast.
• Monitor revenue, margin, costs, and trends to identify risks/opportunities.
• Support finance, sales, and operations with analyses for planning.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct profitability, pricing, and contract analyses to improve performance.
• Generate insights from large datasets using BI tools.
• Partner with leaders to understand drivers and recommend actions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.
