Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a collaborative team where you’ll have direct exposure to leadership and influence strategic initiatives. The focus will be on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and turning numbers into actionable business insights.

You’ll build and maintain budgets and forecasts, develop dashboards, analyze performance, and partner with department leaders to evaluate revenue, expenses, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Finance, FP&A, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze financial performance, explain variances and trends.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for decision-making.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate revenue, expenses, and ops.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis and predictive modeling.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and planning tools.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and recommendations for leadership.
• Drive business growth through data-driven insights and financial guidance.
