Knight Aerospace Products, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with the CFO and senior leadership in strategic financial planning. You will own the budgeting cycle, build financial forecasts, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes executive-ready reporting, collaboration with accounting, and development of dashboards and automation to improve processes. 100% on-site in Texas with strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or related field experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required (other related fields considered with FP&A experience).
• Ability to analyze financial data, explain variances, identify trends and cost drivers clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex spreadsheets, formulas, PivotTables, and dashboards. Experience with Power Query or macros is a plus.
• Experience presenting analyses to senior leadership and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with department inputs and consolidation.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and capital structure.
• Track performance vs budgets; analyze variances and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and leadership review materials.
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate reporting and cash flow reconciliations.
• Guide cost-analysis processes and evaluate changes with financial impact.
• Create reports, tools, and dashboards; automate forecasting where possible.
• Conduct market research and business intelligence analyses to support decisions.
