Knight Aerospace seeks an FP&A Analyst to partner with the CFO and senior leaders, leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will develop reports, support cash flow reconciliations, and drive actionable cost improvements across departments. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support and process automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field with budgeting and forecasting.
• Bachelor-level degree in finance or accounting; economics/business is acceptable with relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain findings clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills to build models, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with department leaders and consolidate assumptions.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Track performance metrics; analyze variances, trends, and cost drivers.
• Prepare executive reports and leadership review materials with insights.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and cash flow reconciliations.
• Guide cost-analysis practices and evaluate changes with financial impact.
• Develop standard/ad hoc reports and dashboards; automate forecasting processes.
• Conduct market research and business intelligence analyses to inform decisions.
