Qualifications

• Finance or accounting experience—specific to Labor, Time & Payroll.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn processes and systems and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting including variance analysis.
• Consolidate data from multiple financial systems into actionable insights for decision making.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of financial results and metrics.
