Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Shared Services FP&A team in Dallas. You will lead annual and quarterly planning, build budgets, perform forecasting, and develop financial models to support strategic decisions.

The role partners with business unit leaders and finance leadership to implement planning tools, including OneStream. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial planning and analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with forecasting and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning and forecasting for assigned business units, including budgets, forecast, and long‑term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish and manage the budgeting process, ensuring timely submission.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in development of long‑term strategic plans and financial models to support growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes and tools.
