Job summary

Integrated Human Capital seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple business units. You will maintain financial models, assist with forecasting, and provide analytical support to leadership to drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities include monthly close support, budgeting, variance analysis, and collaboration with FP&A and other teams to scale accounting processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• 3+ years in financial planning, accounting, analysis, budgeting, or cash flow.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate monthly results and present variances to forecast/budget.
• Prepare financial analysis and leadership presentations.
• Assist with annual budget and ongoing forecasts for multiple lines of business.
• Maintain financial models and support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable, asset subledger, and general ledger activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes and deals.
• Prepare post-mortem reviews and provide insights to senior leadership.
