Job summary

GovSpend is seeking an FP&A Manager to work closely with the CFO, driving financial leadership across budgeting, long‑term planning, and operations. You will also oversee incentive compensation planning in our fast‑growing business.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to refine financial models, forecast performance, and report KPI results. A strong candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic mindset and hands‑on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct and Salesforce is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented self-starter with time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to oversee and refine the internal financial model with senior leadership.
• Own day‑to‑day execution of forecasting, budget planning, and KPI reporting.
• Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting.
• Establish, document, and implement financial procedures as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
