Job summary

XTM Group is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Athens. This role offers hybrid working with our office three days a week and exposure to a growing international technology business.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis, turning financial data into clear insights for decision-making.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in FP&A, a finance degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and large dataset handling.
• Ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis for business partners.
• Analyze bookings, revenues and costs to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and planning templates.
• Monitor departmental spend, operating expenses and key SaaS KPIs.
• Collaborate with CFO and ELT on ad-hoc reports and presentations.
• Collect, validate and analyse financial data across the organisation.
• Explain financial performance and investment impact to stakeholders.
• Drive reporting process improvements and automation using AI where applicable.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting.
• Take on ad-hoc analyses and projects as required.
