DOXA Insurance Holdings is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the Finance team with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis across multiple units. The role offers an early-career finance path in a fast-growing organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, collaborating with leadership to maintain models and present insights that drive operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Internship experience in finance, accounting, banking, or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial reporting, including P&L reporting, operational metrics, and dashboards.
• Prepare and analyze variance reports comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Maintain/update financial models used for forecasting and planning.
• Assist in executive reporting packages and management presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support KPI reporting and ensure consistency across reporting processes.
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams to validate results.
• Assist with sales incentive reporting and compensation analysis.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects for finance leadership.
• Participate in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
• Contribute to data validation and reporting enhancements as the organization scales.
