Eze Castle Integration, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team in Milwaukee, WI / Madison, WI. This role focuses on FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and decision support to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of FP&A experience, strong revenue forecasting and modeling skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong experience with revenue forecasting and revenue analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, revenue, expenses, gross profit, and margin.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated financial modeling capability.
• Ability to work with large and complex financial datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recurring reporting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability, and performance.
• Prepare recurring forecasts and analyze actuals vs budget/forecast.
• Identify drivers behind variances and communicate findings to leadership.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses for planning decisions.
• Develop revenue forecasts and monitor performance by customer/service/unit.
• Analyze gross profit, margin, and overall profitability for opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and operations to improve visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting and ad hoc analyses for priorities.
