Job summary

ECI is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Milwaukee/Madison, WI. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, building models and dashboards to illuminate revenue and profitability trends for business leaders.

You will partner with Finance and operations to translate data into actionable insights, analyze variances, and provide decision-support that drives profitable growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A fundamentals and commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate financial data into insights for leaders.
• Experience with revenue, gross profit, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability and performance.
• Analyze actuals versus budgets/forecasts and identify drivers of variance.
• Prepare updated outlooks based on performance and trends.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for Finance and business leaders.
