Lumicity is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Connecticut to closely partner with the CFO and senior leadership on financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business performance as the company scales.

The role focuses on budgeting, long-range planning, and strategic financial analysis, offering high visibility across the organization and exposure to top leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, tech, or project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

A high-growth Renewable Energy business in Connecticut is looking to hire a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

This is a highly visible role working closely with the CFO and senior leadership across financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business performance as the company continues to scale.
