Job summary

FanDuel Group seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A for Technology & Operations, supporting monthly/quarterly close, budgeting, and headcount planning. You will partner with Finance and Tech/Operations teams to model scenarios, analyze performance, and guide strategic investments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, forecast accuracy, and process automation in a fast-paced environment. MBA and finance certificates are a plus, with Hyperion Essbase/Oracle experience valued.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance or a similar field.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to distill financial data and interpret in clear and concise insights.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• MBA and other finance certificates preferred.
• Hyperion Essbase and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports in partnership with stakeholders across finance and Technology/Operations teams.
• Support the monthly and quarterly budgeting/forecast process including data management, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Assist in headcount management/hiring plans.
• Collaborate with Technology/Operations teams to analyze performance, optimize investments, and support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and automation.
• Address ad-hoc analyses and projects related to market performance, customer trends, and sportsbook initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify risks and opportunities to influence business strategy.
