Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to lead forecasting and performance management across Fanatics Commerce. You will partner with leaders to translate P&L drivers into actionable plans, manage monthly closes, and deliver executive-ready dashboards using AI-enabled insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/BI tools. This hybrid role is based in Jacksonville/Tampa/New York with in-office Tue-Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics required.
• 2-3 lines of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or similar credential preferred.
