Responsibilities include creating ad hoc analyses, coordinating with accounting, and ensuring timely, compliant reporting. Hybrid schedule available, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a related financial position, preferably a hospital setting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produces, gathers, formats, and reports financial information for productivity and decision-support.
• Supports statistical reporting, decision-support analysis, and ad hoc reporting of financial data.
• Prepares ad hoc reports using EPIC, Excel, and other decision-support software.
• Creates analyses to meet management and departmental requests.
• Serves as system administrator for benchmarking and staffing/productivity applications.
• Improves reporting efficiency and FP&A workflow.
• Coordinates with accounting and reimbursement to ensure data alignment.
• Communicates requirements to support accurate financial reporting outcomes.
• Meets deadlines and manages competing priorities.
