Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is partnering with a leading asset management firm to hire an experienced Senior Financial Analyst in the Washington, DC area. The role provides exposure to C-suite leadership through ad-hoc projects with the CFO and co-CEOs, and collaboration with the fund accounting team in a hybrid schedule starting with four days onsite.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance with FP&A focus.
• Experience with hedge funds or private equity is desirable.
• Advanced Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 5-year profit forecasts for decision-making.
• Create and maintain financial models for multiple funds.
• Conduct breakeven analyses for new fund launches.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to senior leadership.
• Handle and analyze large datasets to support financial models.
• Use Python and/or AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Assist with compensation tracking and capital account PDF automation.
• Support CFO/Deputy CFO/Co-CEOs on various finance projects.
