Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial modeling/data analysis with a track record of process improvements.
• FP&A experience and collaboration with data teams required.
• Experience at a hedge fund and/or private equity firm is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profit Forecasting: Develop and maintain 5-year profit forecasts for decision-making.
• Fund Modeling: Create and maintain financial models for multiple funds and projections.
• Breakeven Analysis: Conduct breakeven analyses for new fund launches.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly metrics to senior leadership.
• Data Management: Analyze large datasets to support financial models.
• Workflow Automation: Use Python and/or AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Compensation Analysis: Assist with compensation tracking and capital account PDF automation.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support senior leadership on various financial projects.
