Our client is seeking an FP&A Analyst to help connect financial and operational performance across a growing, multi-site healthcare organization. This hybrid position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, within the Greater Houston area, and requires three days per week onsite.
The role will analyze provider productivity, payer mix, revenue performance, practice-level trends and other operating drivers to help leadership understand what is happening across the business and where action is needed.
We are looking for someone who can do more than report the numbers. The right analyst will investigate what is driving performance, identify meaningful trends and translate complex financial and operational data into information leadership can use to make decisions.
