Job summary

Connexa Search Group seeks an FP&A Manager to partner with operating leaders across locations, owning the numbers for top line, margin, and cost structure. This role runs planning and analysis for the regions, collaborates with the corporate FP&A group, and reports to a senior finance leader.

It is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and requires AI-enabled modeling to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 7+ years FP&A or operational finance experience in multi-location setups.
• Strong modeling and ability to present to senior leaders clearly.
• Solid budgeting and forecasting foundations.
• Advanced Excel and deep data analysis skills.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day finance work.
• Relationship builder at all levels and change-oriented.
• Master's or CPA plus planning system experience is a plus.
• Some travel about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Set group plans and targets with operating leaders and step in with a plan when a group misses.
• Own the modeling behind new agreements and renewals, coordinating with pricing and operations.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and advise on investments.
• Stress-test staffing plans against productivity goals.
• Maintain location-level plans aligned with customer commitments.
• Own the scorecard for locations and generate meaningful variance reports.
• Produce monthly and quarterly operating reviews for internal and customer audiences.
• Keep group forecasts aligned with the corporate plan.
• Support new lines of business and acquisition analysis.
• Raise financial risk early to leadership.

A privately owned healthcare organization operating in several locations. The company is growing and has created this role to strengthen the financial partnership between corporate finance and field operations. This is a fully remote position.

Summary

The FP&A Manager is the finance partner to a group of operating leaders and owns the numbers for those regions: top line, margin, cost structure, and the economics of the agreements that drive the business. The role runs its own planning and analysis for the regions it covers, works alongside the corporate FP&A group and reports to a senior finance leader. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

• Find where cost can come out of the structure and weigh in on where the group should invest
• Pressure test staffing plans against productivity goals
• Keep location level plans current against what has been committed to customers
• Own the scorecard for each location and group and make variance reporting useful to the people running them
• Produce the monthly and quarterly operating review materials and present them internally and to customers
• Keep group forecasts tied to the corporate plan
• Support new lines of business and acquisition work with financial analysis
• Raise financial risk early to the leaders who need to hear it

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of FP&A or operational finance experience, ideally with a multi-location organization
• Strong modeler and clear communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leaders
• Solid grounding in budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced Excel and real depth in pulling and analyzing data
• Uses AI tools in day to day finance work
• Builds relationships easily at every level and is comfortable pushing for change
• Master's or CPA a plus, as is experience with a planning system
• Some travel, roughly 10%
