Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Financial Analyst to own core FP&A execution, partner with Accounting for controllership, and deliver insights across development pacing, unit economics, and company-wide performance. The role builds financial dashboards, conducts analyses, supports budgeting, month-end close, and collaborates with BI and cross-functional teams to drive franchise growth.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 3 years in finance, strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
Strong Excel skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Responsibilities

Own FP&A execution and partner with Accounting for controllership and reporting.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and uncover opportunities.
Analyze unit economics and development pacing to guide franchise growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BI to present insights clearly.
