Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Financial Analyst to own core FP&A execution, partner with Accounting for strong controllership, and provide actionable insights to leadership and franchise partners. The role blends financial planning, operational performance, and strategic decision-making to improve development pacing and unit economics.

You will build dashboards, analyze data, and communicate findings to non-technical audiences while collaborating with a BI team and executives on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Experience with QuickBooks, Qvinci, or Mindbody is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven insights.
Execute month-end close with high ownership.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure controllership priorities.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and optimize KPIs.
Build financial dashboards and reports to track unit and system performance.
Partner with departments to translate questions into analytical financial frameworks.
