Job summary

JetSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Financial Analyst to own FP&A execution, partner with Accounting, and provide leadership with actionable financial insights across development pacing, unit economics, and company performance.

You will build dashboards, drive forecasting and budgeting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize margins and support franchise growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tool proficiency.
• Experience with data modeling and dashboards.
• Knowledge of franchise, retail, or fitness industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting using data-driven insights.
• Month-end close processes and controllership support.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper general ledger coding and reporting.
• Provide insights on business drivers and operational efficiency across units.
