Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join the FP&A team and drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The role blends financial planning with business partnering across platforms, coordinating with a global team to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

You will own end-to-end forecasting, develop governance for planning cycles, and prepare regular reports for leadership. A strong background in GAAP, revenue accounting, and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
• Own forecasting process from end-to-end.
• Establish processes and governance structures.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of orgs.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and make adjustments.
• Support KPIs and OKRs for leadership.
