Global Payments is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join the FP&A team. Hybrid role in Cincinnati, OH or Denver, CO with 3 days in the office.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, partnering with platforms teams to translate data into actionable business insight. The role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, GAAP knowledge, and 7+ years of experience in payments FP&A.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
• Own forecasting process from end-to-end.
• Establish processes and governance structures.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and make adjustments.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular financial reports to keep leadership informed about key metrics and financial health.
• Support KPIs & OKRs for leadership.
• Leverage advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
• Assess existing tools and identify new ones to streamline processes.
• Coordinate efforts to align with LR planning cycles.
