Qualifications

• 1+ years in financial planning or financial analysis or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial results to identify drivers, trends, and insights.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and strong analytical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and drivers.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports, P&L analyses, and variances.
• Coordinate month-end close with accounting teams for timely reporting.
• Support audit and compliance activities with documentation.
• Develop and enhance financial models for long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Conduct economic research, trend analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and data quality.
