Job summary

CBX Solutions in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across our multi-location operations. You will develop financial models, perform variance and scenario analyses, and partner with accounting, operations and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Strong Excel, Power BI and SQL/T-SQL skills and ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 2–5+ years in financial planning/analysis in a multi-location business.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and forecasts.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and senior management.
