Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple locations. You will develop analytics, build dashboards, and partner with accounting and finance teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in financial planning roles, strong ERP navigation, and advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills to improve processes and provide leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
2–5 years of experience in financial/planning roles in a complex multi-location business.
Current and valid US driver’s license preferred.
Experience navigating ERP environments; strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

Manage financial analytics for regional and operational budgets.
Analyze income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
Perform variance, trend, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Develop information analytics / dashboards through data mining in ERP.
Improve and streamline financial processes; deliver actionable analytics to leadership.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams; support special projects.
