Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to SQL or data querying tools.
• Experience supporting operational or multi-location businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business performance.
• Assist with reporting for revenue, labor, operations, and financial performance metrics.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from Finance and Operations teams.
• Help improve visibility into business performance through data and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual reporting efforts.
