Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned accounting professional in Winston-Salem, NC. This role handles monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations, while supporting audits and intercompany activity.

You will contribute to accurate reporting and effective resource use in a manufacturing/distribution context, with growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of accounting experience, a CPA is preferred, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel is essential

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years overall experience preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliations required.
• Experience with journal entries and month-end close required.
• Experience with intercompany transactions preferred.
• Experience assisting with annual external audit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for statements and reconciliations.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are met for monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.
• Prepare management reports by analyzing account information and trends.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review COGS and expenses for accuracy.
• Post monthly journal entries and assist auditors as needed.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
