Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking an FP&A Business Partner and Analyst in Massachusetts (remote with 1 day per week in Burlington). You will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and financial reporting, partnering with functional teams for driver-based analyses.

The role requires 2–3 years of FP&A experience, a solid GAAP foundation, and strong Excel and communication skills to drive business insights. Remote work with in-person Mondays at Burlington, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree, CPA or MBA a plus.
• 2–3 years of applicable experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to move between FP&A and partnering with functional teams.
• Solid foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial modeling; ERP/BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, and quarterly/monthly forecasts with functional teams.
• Analyze budget/forecast variances and explain changes.
• Support process improvements and special projects in finance.
• Prepare monthly analyses of key financial statement accounts.
• Present financial reports to management with budget/forecast drivers.
