Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in FP&A, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Familiarity with financial software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights into business performance by comparing actual results to budget/forecast and prepare ad-hoc reports for senior management.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, helping in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Track key financial metrics, identify cost and revenue trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather data and support decision-making on financial performance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes, tools, and systems to improve reporting accuracy.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and the analysis of business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • This involves managing an advanced Excel workbook that allows the company to roll up its financial numbers to a company-wide view on a monthly basis.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data and provide insights into business performance by comparing actual results to budget/forecast. Help prepare ad-hoc reports for senior management as needed.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, helping the team with the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
• Cost & Revenue Analysis: Track key financial metrics, identifying trends in costs and revenues, and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with Business Units: Work with different departments to gather data, clarify assumptions, and assist in decision-making related to financial performance.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Cross-functional Projects: Support ad-hoc financial analysis for various projects as needed, including new product initiatives, cost-saving projects, and investments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in FP&A, Finance or Accounting.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
