Job summary

LendingOne, LLC, a private real estate lender headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a finance/data professional who will turn complex financial information into actionable insights, strengthen reporting controls, and automate workflows using AI. This role supports capital, accounting, and forecasting processes across multiple offices.

You will leverage advanced analytics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency in month-end close and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Capital Market Reports, advising of balances and cash forecasting.
• Review and issue monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports to Warehouse Lenders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L analyses and Budget vs. Actuals for management updates.
• Perform sensitivity analyses on forecasts and operating assumptions.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting for special projects.
