Job summary

LendingOne, a direct private lender for real estate professionals, seeks a process-driven Data Analyst to enhance operational efficiency at our Boca Raton headquarters. You will retrieve, organize, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy of business processes and reports under the VP of IT guidance.

The role requires 1–3 years in data analytics, strong Excel, SQL, and BI experience (Tableau preferred), and Python data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting.
• Experience with BI tools, with preference for Tableau.
• Intermediate Python with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook/Lab for data analysis and documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases and data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a process-driven individual who enjoys identifying data trends within a robust environment to improve operational efficiency. The data analyst will report to the VP of IT and will assist in retrieving, gathering, and organizing data to reach meaningful conclusions. This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting
• Experience with one or more of the leading Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for direct experience with Tableau
• Intermediate understanding of Python and its data capabilities (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch)
• Hands‑on experience with Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab for data analysis and documentation
• Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential. Must be organized, self‑motivated, take initiative, and be solution‑oriented.
