Array, a remote-first fintech, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and operational decision-making across a VC-backed SaaS company serving 500+ clients.
You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, and executive leadership to support growth, acquisitions, and evolving operational complexity while building KPI dashboards and actionable insights. You will also lean into AI to speed up analysis and outcomes.

As an FP&A Analyst at Array, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and operational decision-making across a high-growth fintech business. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, and executive leadership to support a VC-backed SaaS company serving 500+ clients while helping navigate rapid growth, acquisitions, and evolving operational complexity. Pay transparency: $120,000+ for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
