Motion Industries seeks an Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis to support executive, finance, and operations with world-class financial analyses and strategic insights. The role collects, analyzes, and disseminates financial data, driving decision-making and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
The position involves building automated reports, partnering with leaders to enhance profitability, and delivering actionable analyses to support key business initiatives.
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis supports Motion's Executive, Finance, and Operational Leadership by contributing to world class financial analyses and providing thought-provoking, value-adding insight into the group's financial performance. Assists with the identification of operational improvement opportunities and drives decision- making by collecting, managing, analyzing, and disseminating financial information and analyses.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Analysis/Planning. Typically requires experience with data modeling, analysis, and data visualization/business intelligence tools.
