The role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Valuation, Financial Reporting, Modeling, Capital Management, Hedging, Risk, and Analytics.

Qualifications

FSA or Career ASA designation.
7+ years of actuarial, insurance, or financial experience.
Strong background in valuation, modeling, pricing, risk management, in-force management, experience studies, or hedging.
Prior management and team leadership experience.
Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
Partner with actuarial valuation teams to analyze and communicate financial results.
Enhance financial modeling, analytics, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with actuarial, finance, risk, and investment teams across the organization.
Support strategic corporate initiatives and financial projections.
Lead, coach, and develop actuarial team members.
