Responsibilities

• Own actuarial work in valuation, pricing, reserving, reporting and risk management.
• Mentor and guide analysts, acting as a senior technical resource.
• Coordinate between home office and Pune teams, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into executable actuarial projects.
• Lead multiple disciplines across monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Proactively manage risk and tradeoffs, aligning with strategy.
• Advise on data tools and analytics to support actuarial tasks.
